The Perfect Fit for Any Project
Why our 20-yard, driveway-safe dump trailers are the only solution you need.
Zero Driveway Damage: Traditional steel dumpsters can crack concrete and gouge asphalt. Our trailers sit on heavy-duty rubber tires, keeping your property pristine—a standard we brought over from our years at Performance Remodeling.
The "Just Right" Capacity: At 20 cubic yards, this container holds roughly 6 pickup truck loads of debris. It’s large enough for kitchen remodels, roofing jobs, and whole-garage cleanouts, but compact enough to fit standard residential driveways.
HOA & Neighborhood Friendly: Let's face it, traditional dumpsters can be an eyesore. Our rubber-wheeled trailers are clean, street-legal, and fit neatly onto your property without drawing unwanted complaints from the neighborhood.
The Performance Standard
Why contractors and homeowners trust us with their biggest messes.
- Driveway Protection: We treat your property like our own, ensuring careful placement and zero damage.
- Prompt & Professional: Backed by the reputation of Performance Remodeling, we answer the phone, show up on time, and get the job done right.
Frequently Asked Questions
Find Your Answers:
What items are strictly prohibited in the dumpster?
For environmental and safety reasons, you cannot throw away hazardous materials. This includes wet paint, chemicals, motor oil, asbestos, tires, batteries, and appliances with Freon (like refrigerators or AC units). If you have questions about a specific item, just give us a call before you toss it!
How high can I fill the dumpster?
Please keep all debris level with the top edge of the dumpster. We cannot legally or safely transport a container that is overflowing. If materials are sticking out above the rim, you will need to remove them before our driver can haul it away.
Do I need a permit for my dumpster?
If the dumpster is being placed on your private property, such as your driveway, you typically do not need a permit. However, if it needs to be parked on a public street, sidewalk, or right-of-way, your local municipality will likely require one. We recommend checking with your city or HOA beforehand.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
Not at all! In fact, this is exactly why we use them. Unlike traditional steel roll-off dumpsters that can scrape concrete or gouge hot asphalt, we exclusively use rubber-wheeled dump trailers. They park smoothly on your driveway just like a standard pickup truck, leaving zero scratches, cracks, or damage behind.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Nope! As long as the drop-off area is completely clear of vehicles, gates are unlocked, and there are no low-hanging wires or branches blocking access, our team can deliver and pick up the dumpster while you are out. Just provide clear placement instructions when booking.
How much notice do you need to deliver a dumpster?
We pride ourselves on fast, reliable service. While we can often accommodate next-day deliveries, we highly recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to guarantee you get the exact size you need right when your project kicks off.
What happens if it rains while I have the dumpster?
Rainwater can soak into porous materials like fabric, dirt, and wood, making your load significantly heavier. To avoid unexpected weight overages, we highly recommend throwing a tarp over the dumpster if heavy rain is in the forecast.
Can I throw away heavy materials like concrete, dirt, or brick?
No, our dumpsters are specifically rated and designed for common building materials such as windows, asphalt shingles, wood, fiber cement & vinyl siding, tile, carpet, drywall etc. Dumping anything like concrete, dirt, bricks or stone aggregate can damage the dumpster and can lead to additional charges and penalties. We encourage you to call with any questions to avoid these potential charges.
